Since most of my summers were spent on the lake, I was hooked on tanning beds throughout my teens and 20's, absolutely loving the glow, not realizing the damage they were doing to my skin. When I began to worry about aging in my late 20's (hoping it wasn't too late!), I started researching the aging effects of UV rays from tanning beds. I tried the booth spray tans (yuck!), and I was NOT satisfied with the results!
